Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven B2C Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience in EdTech or B2C sales. The role focuses on converting provided leads into enrollments through high-volume outbound calling and effective student counselling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make 100 outbound calls daily to prospective students using company-provided leads
- Counsel students on EdTech courses and recommend suitable learning paths
- Drive conversions and consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and sales updates in CRM
- Build trust with prospects and address objections professionally
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech / Education sector
- Proven track record in target-based sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calling
- Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.
