- Schedule Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee daily production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- Resource Optimization: Assess project requirements, manage budgets, and allocate manpower and machinery efficiently.
- Floor Operations: Manage the shop floor, supervise operators, and minimize equipment downtime through routine maintenance.
- Waste & Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks in the manufacturing workflow and implement strategies to increase overall productivity. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Quality Assurance & Control
- Quality Standards: Define and enforce quality specifications, acceptable defect rates, and testing protocols.
- Inspections: Conduct detailed, recorded quality inspections of raw materials and final manufactured goods.
- Problem Resolution: Execute root-cause analysis (RCA) on defective batches and design corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management.
- Experience: Hands-on background in assembly, manufacturing, or quality inspection.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with statistical analysis, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and basic engineering tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
