CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
- Handle client queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
- Assist with Demat/trading accounts, KYC, account opening, and platform support
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Share IPO, mutual fund, trading offers, and market updates; re-engage inactive clients
- Promote Demat accounts, mutual funds, margin trading, and other investment products
- Cross-sell and upsell financial services
- Coordinate with dealers, back-office, and support teams for smooth service
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly
- Maintain CRM records, customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
