Technical Skill
- Thorough knowledge in Tool design & manufacturing processes (Concept generation/Modelling & detailing)
- Design of medium to complex tooling (Welding fixtures/Assembly Fixtures/Gauges /Jigs)
- Thorough knowledge with Hands on experience on Industrial Automation and SPM including calculation & selection of different mechanical, pneumatics & Hydraulics elements & should be able to generate concepts & manufacturing/schematic drawings.
- Design of Lifting Tackles, able to perform Structural Analysis, Load calculations, Documentation & Drawings
- Design of different Material Handling tools (implant /External Logistics carts/Racks)
- Should be able to interpret product drawings/ Blueprints/ PFMEA/ Process documents & industry standards.
- Knowledge of Tolerances and Materials & Strength of material, Ergonomic standards & Basic hand calculation.
- Should have exposure of project planning, identify risks & implement corrective actions.
- Experience in conducting Technical Review & feasibility studies with customer.
- Should have good exposure in terms of estimations /customer communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Should be good in communication.
