As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create efficient applications that align with organizational goals, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software development practices.

- We are looking for a Senior Developer (6–9 years experience) with strong expertise in AWS cloud and serverless application development.
- The role requires hands-on experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, S3, and CloudFront, along with proficiency in building and deploying Lambda functions.
- The candidate should have solid knowledge of AWS security, IAM policies, and networking, as well as experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Additionally, experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions are key to success in this role.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- 6–9 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in Flutter mobile development.
- Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart. In-depth understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX, Redux, etc.).
- Proficient with REST APIs, JSON, networking, and asynchronous programming.
- Familiar with local storage solutions (SQLite, Hive, Shared Preferences). Experience with platform-specific integration (Android/iOS native code interoperability).
- Familiar with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic, etc.).
- Understanding of unit testing / widget testing / integration testing. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with serverless computing and microservices architecture.
- Ability to implement security best practices in cloud environments.
