Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the hospital store’s daily operations.
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming medical and non-medical supplies.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the system and conduct periodic stock verification.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions as required.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for timely procurement.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
- Prevent stock discrepancies through regular audits and control measures.
- Generate and submit periodic inventory reports to management.
- Requirements Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Store Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector.
- Strong knowledge of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
