- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Handle attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate daily operations and administrative activities.
- Manage vendors, procurement, and facility support.
- Prepare reports and improve processes.
- 3–4 years' experience in HR/Operations (healthcare preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and HR documentation.
- Ensure timely hiring, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Share Resume, Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period, and Location.
Pay: ₹490,000.00 - ₹530,000.00 per year
