SITE ENGINEER
Work Location: Guwahati, ASSAM.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at site
· Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
· Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for accurate execution
· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams
· Monitor project progress and support timely completion of milestones
· Conduct quality checks at various stages of construction
· Ensure compliance with safety norms and site safety practices
· Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site documentation
· Check measurements, quantities, and material consumption
· Support billing, BOQ verification, and contractor payments
· Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants
· Identify site issues and provide technical solutions
· Ensuring work executed with Good Construction Practices
· Maintaining all records of work executed and checked such as - checklist, pour cards,
· Also conduct post concrete inspections, material reconciliation, bills and debit notes etc.
· Ensure proper material storage and usage at site
Education and Experience Requirements
· Must have minimum of 3-6 years of experience of working into real estate sector.
· Must be a B.E./B. Tech in Civil engineering/Diploma in Civil Engineering
