Handle patent matters in software, information technology, and computer science domains.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting software and IT-related patent specifications
Patent prosecution and office action responses
Technical analysis and patentability assessments
Prior art searches in software and IT domains
Client meetings and technical discussions

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in software patent drafting
Strong understanding of software architecture and algorithms
Knowledge of Indian Patent Act and CRI guidelines
Excellent technical writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud computing and SaaS patents
Understanding of database and networking technologies
International patent filing experience
