- Lead and guide the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Build accountability, teamwork, and high performance within the department.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain positive employee relations and handle escalated grievances.
- Drive employee engagement, communication, and workplace culture initiatives.
4. Performance & Talent Development
- Oversee performance appraisal and goal-setting across departments.
- Identify leadership and training needs for managerial growth.
5. HR Policies & Compliance
- Explain, implement, and ensure adherence to HR and company policies.
- Monitor policy compliance and promote ethical, disciplined work culture.
6. Organisation Development & Change
- Support restructuring, culture-building, and succession planning initiatives.
- Lead change management and employee alignment with company vision.
