Role Description
The Patient Caller role at INFINITI RCM is a full-time, on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Patient Caller will be responsible for engaging with patients over the phone to confirm appointments, address billing questions, collect payments, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include verifying patient information, documenting interactions in the system, and ensuring timely follow-ups as required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry abilities
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred
- Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and RCM processes is an advantage
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM tools
- Ability to adapt to changing scenarios and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare or customer service is a plus
