Role Overview
The Personal Assistant to the CEO Intern will work closely with the CEO in managing daily operations, schedules, communications, meetings, and organizational priorities. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
The intern will gain direct exposure to startup leadership, business operations, strategic planning, project management, and executive decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Assist the CEO in managing daily schedules and priorities.
- Organize and maintain calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate reminders, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Manage task lists and ensure timely execution of assigned activities.
Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and organize internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and required documents.
- Record meeting minutes and action items.
- Follow up with teams regarding pending deliverables and commitments.
Communication Management
- Draft emails, messages, and business correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders.
- Maintain professional communication records and documentation.
- Assist in managing business inquiries and partnership requests.
Administrative Support
- Organize company documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain operational records and trackers.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
- Support documentation for partnerships, projects, and internal operations.
Project & Team Coordination
- Track progress of ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with various departments and interns.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure accountability across teams.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO regarding project status.
Research & Analysis
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
- Gather information required for strategic decisions.
- Prepare summary reports and insights for the CEO.
