2. ROLE PURPOSE
The Program Manager is the end-to-end owner of the Innovation Hub, responsible for delivery, enrollment, customer success, team management, and achievement of semester-wise impact goals.
The Program Manager acts as a ops Manager ensuring quality execution, revenue realization, student outcomes, and compliance.
3. SCOPE OF WORK & RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Program Delivery & Execution
The Employee shall:
- Deliver all approved programs at the hub as per curriculum and SOPs
- Ensure quality delivery of:
- Flagship programs
- In-college training
- Workshops
- Internships
- Maintain adherence to academic calendars and timelines
3.2 Semester-Wise Impact Targets (MANDATORY)
The Employee shall ensure achievement of the following per semester, per hub:
- 600 students trained through flagship & in-college programs
- 400 students engaged through workshops
- 200 students placed in internships
- 1 working prototype per team member per semester
- 1 hackathon organized per semester
3.3 Student Enrollment & Hub Capacity Management
The Employee shall:
- Plan and maintain optimal hub capacity
- Coordinate with Marketing & Outreach teams to:
- Convert leads into enrollments
- Fill batches on time
- Track enrollment funnels and student attendance
3.4 Customer Success & Institute Relationship
The Employee shall:
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner institutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and renewal opportunities
- Follow up on existing work orders and contracts
- Support Outreach team in closing repeat engagements
3.5 Team Leadership & People Management
The Employee shall:
- Manage Program Mentors and Associate Program Mentors
- Assign roles, schedules, and responsibilities
- Ensure mentor readiness and performance
- Conduct regular team reviews and feedback sessions
3.6 Hackathon & Event Execution
The Employee shall:
- Plan and execute minimum one hackathon per semester
- Coordinate with Marketing & Brand teams for promotions
- Ensure professional execution, judging, and outcomes
- Submit post-event reports and documentation
3.7 Prototype, Project & Internship Outcomes
The Employee shall:
- Track student projects and prototype development
- Ensure 100% teams deliver working prototypes
- Monitor internship progress and completion
- Ensure internship outcomes are documented
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
