Academic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Academic Operations Manager to support the smooth functioning of academic programs and student services. The ideal candidate will coordinate with universities, students, financial partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless academic operations and an excellent learner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of academic programs and batch schedules.
- Coordinate with faculty/trainers to ensure smooth and timely program execution.
- Liaise with universities and affiliated institutions for academic collaborations, student registrations, approvals, and documentation.
- Coordinate with NBFC partners to facilitate student education loan processing, documentation, approvals, and disbursements.
- Manage end-to-end student onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and system registration.
- Ensure seamless handover of enrolled candidates from the Relationship Management team.
- Track student attendance, progress, assessments, certifications, and resolve student queries.
- Manage LMS operations, including student access, academic records, and database maintenance.
- Prepare MIS reports related to batch performance, attendance, onboarding, and program completion.
- Support the execution of orientation programs, academic events, and other student engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic operations, admissions, student support, or EdTech.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and LMS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
