We’re hiring experienced freight brokers who know how to move loads, build relationships, and close deals—not trainees.
If you’ve already worked in US freight brokerage, handled shippers/carriers, and understand rate negotiations, dispatch, and margins, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with US-based shippers, carriers, and partners
- Source and secure loads while ensuring maximum margin optimization
- Negotiate rates with carriers and customers confidently
- Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery with real-time updates
- Handle dispatch, documentation, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of payments/collections
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Prior experience in US Freight Brokerage (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of:
- Load booking
- Carrier sourcing
- Rate negotiation
- Dispatch operations
- Excellent communication skills (English – verbal & written)
- Ability to work in night shift (US hours)
- Proven track record of handling loads and generating business
