Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive to support the company’s business growth and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, supporting client outreach, coordinating marketing initiatives, and maintaining business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, builders, developers, architects, consultants, and business partners.
- Generate leads through online research, professional platforms, databases, networking, and referrals.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with potential clients.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database, sales pipeline, and follow-up tracker.
- Assist in preparing company profiles, proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media posting, content coordination, and campaign execution.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design and management teams for client requirements and proposals.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, meetings, follow-ups, and marketing activities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings when required.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients and conducting follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, Canva, or lead-generation platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong research, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, presentable, and willing to learn.
- Interest in architecture, interior design, real estate, or construction will be preferred.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
