Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to nurture young minds through child-centered learning. The ideal candidate will be trained in Montessori methods and committed to fostering independence, creativity, and a love for learning in children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement Montessori-based learning activities
- Prepare and maintain a stimulating classroom environment
- Observe and assess student progress individually
- Encourage independence, social skills, and self-discipline
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development
- Maintain classroom materials and records
Requirements:
- Montessori Teacher Training certification
- Prior experience in a Montessori or preschool setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of child psychology
- Classroom management skills
- Ability to create engaging learning materials
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
