Position Details:- Academic Coordinator (Student Mentor)
Work Locations :- Kothrud Pune
Years of Experience:- Minimum 0-2 Years. Experience in the education industry is not necessary for excellent candidates.
Qualification:- Graduate
Work Time:- 6 Days a week. With mid-week off.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES ● Good English Communication Skills. ● Knowledge of Google Drive (Sheets / Docs / Slides) ● Good at working in a Team ● Strong focus on Customer Service ● Strong interest in providing guidance & education
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Implement the academic process at the center
● Interact with Students, Parents & Faculties to deliver Academic Outcomes
● Maintain Attendance & Class Test Marks in ERP and Google Sheets
● Track Homework Completion & Academic Progress of students
● Provide guidance & resolve queries of students & parents
● Conduct activities for student engagement
● Manage WhatsApp groups of students and parents
● Assist in the day-to-day administration of the center
● Work in a team and help others, whenever required.
