Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with expertise in Business Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing (SCM), and Sales Cycle Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving business growth, managing the complete sales lifecycle, improving online visibility, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
· Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition and business growth.
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Cycle Management (SCM)
· Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and client onboarding.
· Track and update opportunities through CRM systems.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and execution.
· Monitor customer engagement and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
· Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
· Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
· Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
· Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engine visibility.
· Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance metrics.
· Track and analyze SEO KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
· Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
· Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
Required Skills
· Strong understanding of Business Development, Sales, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
· Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closing.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Experience managing the complete sales cycle.
· Knowledge of CRM platforms and sales management tools.
· Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools , and social media platforms.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
· Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Digital Marketing.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
