Job Title: HR ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursement.
- Attendance Management: Monitor employee attendance and manage leave records.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies to mitigate legal risks.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances promptly, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Training and Development: Implement and coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and career growth.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
