Educational Requirements
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass
- ITI, Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical is preferred but often not mandatory
- Freshers can also apply
Technical Skills
- Installation of RO, UV, and water purifier systems
- Filter and membrane replacement
- Troubleshooting leaks, pumps, motors, and electrical components
- Preventive maintenance and repair work
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
Other Requirements
- Good customer communication skills
- Ability to travel to customer locations for field service
- Two-wheeler and driving license are often preferred
- Ability to maintain service records and reports
Typical Responsibilities
- Install and commission water purifiers
- Attend customer service calls
- Repair and maintain RO systems
- Replace filters, membranes, and spare parts
- Educate customers on usage and maintenance
