We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to guide clients through their overseas education, immigration, and visa processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, counselling abilities, and the ability to handle client queries professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding visa options, eligibility, and application procedures.
- Provide accurate information about immigration processes and documentation requirements.
- Handle client consultations, follow-ups, and maintain customer relationships.
- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application processing.
- Achieve counselling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in visa counselling, immigration, or customer service preferred.
- Knowledge of visa processes and documentation is an advantage.
- Good convincing and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
