Hiring: Violin & Guitar Instructor (Western Music)

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Violin & Guitar Instructor to provide professional training in Western music. The ideal candidate should have strong practical and teaching experience in both violin and guitar, with the ability to train students of different age groups and skill levels. This is a full-time position for individuals who are committed to nurturing musical talent and fostering a vibrant learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured violin and guitar classes based on Western music methodologies
- Develop lesson plans and training schedules for students at various proficiency levels
- Teach music theory, notation, rhythm, and performance techniques
- Prepare students for performances, competitions, and examinations where applicable
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Organize and support musical events, recitals, and cultural programmes
- Maintain attendance records and training documentation
- Collaborate with school and management teams to enhance music education initiatives
Requirements
- Certification, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Music preferred
- Proven experience in teaching Violin and/or Guitar using Western music techniques
- Strong practical performance skills in violin and guitar
- Ability to teach students across different age groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on a full-time basis
Preferred Skills
- Experience in conducting individual and group music classes
- Knowledge of music grading systems such as Trinity, ABRSM, or equivalent
- Performance and stage management experience
- Creativity in music instruction and student engagement
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
