Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Project Leader/Team Leader with a strong background in server management, full-stack development using React, Node.js, and PHP. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering high-quality software solutions on time. You will be responsible for overseeing the development team, guiding the technical direction, and ensuring optimal performance of servers and web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers in full-stack development projects.
- Oversee server management including setup, optimisation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the timely delivery of software projects while maintaining high coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, DevOps, and QA engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members in Reactjs, Node.js, PHP and Python.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure proper documentation and version control practices.
- Review code for quality, scalability, and security.
- Identify and mitigate risks in projects and propose solutions to technical challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in server management and software development.
Technical Expertise:
- Solid experience in React.js and Node.js for full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in PHP and working with popular PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Codeigniter, Core).
- Strong understanding of server management,cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and debugging expertise.
Leadership and Communication:
- Proven experience leading software development teams.
- Strong project management skills, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on React.js, Node.js, and PHP.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus.
