Content Editor – Children’s Educational Books
Location - Agra
Experience - Fresher to 3 years
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, language, and age-appropriateness
- Ensure the tone and language are child-friendly, simple, and engaging
- Review and refine educational material in the following subjects:
- Environmental Studies (EVS)
- Mathematics
- English
- Financial Literacy
- General Knowledge
- Moral Values
- Check alignment with learning objectives and curriculum requirements
- Improve structure, flow, and instructional effectiveness of lessons and activities
- Coordinate with writers, illustrators, and academic coordinators when required
- Maintain consistency in terminology, style, and formatting across books
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, Child Development, or related field
- Prior experience in editing or developing children’s educational content
- Strong command of English language and grammar
- Understanding of primary-level pedagogy and learner psychology
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Experience working on school textbooks or workbooks
- Familiarity with NCERT or state board curriculum
- Experience in activity-based or competency-based learning content
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
