Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to lead and oversee our medical device manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities while ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing and assembly operations.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining product quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Implement and maintain compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and applicable medical device regulations.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Stores, Procurement, and Maintenance departments.
- Manage production schedules, manpower allocation, and resource planning.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor production KPIs, prepare production reports, and analyze performance metrics.
- Ensure proper documentation, batch records, and traceability requirements are maintained.
- Lead investigations related to deviations, non-conformities, CAPA, and process improvements.
- Train, mentor, and develop production staff to maintain a high-performance work culture.
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with company policies.
- Participate in internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or a regulated healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in managing production teams and achieving operational targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- IV Infusion Sets
- Sterile Medical Devices
- ETO Sterilization Processes
