·Key Responsibilities
· Manage acquisition and onboarding of distressed assets, including due diligence and transaction execution.
· Develop and implement resolution and recovery strategies through SARFAESI, IBC, One-Time Settlements (OTS), restructuring, enforcement, and sale of assets.
· Coordinate legal proceedings before DRT, NCLT, NCLAT, and other judicial forums in consultation with legal counsel.
· Liaise with Resolution Professionals, Committee of Creditors (CoC), banks, financial institutions, valuers, trustees, and other stakeholders.
· Monitor portfolio performance, recoveries, Security Receipts (SRs), trust operations, cash flows, and MIS reporting.
· Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, SARFAESI Act, IBC, Companies Act, and internal policies.
· Prepare operational reports, management presentations, and support regulatory inspections and audits.
· Drive process improvements and ensure efficient execution of operational activities.

Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
· MBA (Finance)
· 5 years of relevant experience in an ARC, Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution with exposure to distressed asset management.
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of the SARFAESI Act, IBC, RBI regulations, and debt recovery mechanisms.
· Experience in stressed asset acquisition, financial analysis, valuation, restructuring, and recovery.
· Understanding of legal documentation, security creation, and insolvency processes.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
