Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC / Hydraulic / Manual Bending Machines efficiently and safely.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and bending specifications before production.
- Set machine parameters such as angle, pressure, thickness, and bending sequence according to job requirements.
- Perform accurate bending operations on sheet metal, pipes, and other metal components as per approved drawings.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout production.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Measuring Tape, Angle Gauge, and Micrometer for dimensional checking.
- Ensure proper alignment, tooling setup, and die selection before machine operation.
- Monitor machine performance and immediately report any abnormal sound, breakdown, or maintenance requirement to the concerned department.
- Maintain daily production reports, rejection records, and machine operation logs.
- Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency during operations.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
