About the Role
Xcodefix Private Limited is looking for a curious, analytical, and passionate Product QA & Business Analyst to join our growing product team.
You will work on multiple SaaS products across domains such as Communication, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, Travel, and Business Applications.
This is not just a manual testing position. You will understand business workflows, test applications thoroughly, identify problems before customers do, communicate issues clearly, support product demonstrations, and help convert customer requirements into product improvements.
Key Responsibilities Product Testing
- Understand product features and business workflows.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Test positive, negative, and edge-case scenarios.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Test applications across browsers and devices where required.
Business & Product Analysis
- Understand customer journeys and identify workflow gaps.
- Think from the customer's perspective.
- Suggest usability and product improvements.
- Convert customer feedback into structured product requirements.
- Learn new business domains quickly.
Defect Reporting
- Prepare clear and detailed bug reports for developers.
- Document reproduction steps, expected results, and actual results.
- Include screenshots or videos where required.
- Identify severity, business impact, and possible improvements.
Customer Support & Product Demonstration
- Understand products well enough to demonstrate features to customers.
- Support customer onboarding and basic product training.
- Capture customer requirements and communicate them to the development team.
- Support FAQs, product documentation, and knowledge-base content.
What We Look For
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Curiosity to ask "What if?" while testing.
- Interest in finding unexpected bugs and business issues.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to understand business workflows quickly.
- Basic knowledge of PHP, SQL, and API testing.
- Willingness to learn multiple SaaS products and domains.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA / BCA / B.Sc Computer Science or equivalent.
- Freshers with strong academic or personal software projects are welcome.
- 0–2 years of experience in QA, Testing, Business Analysis, Application Support, or Software Development is preferred.
