Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans.
- Implement behavior intervention programs designed by the Clinical Psychologist, Behavior Analyst, or supervising clinician.
- Teach communication, social, academic, self-help, and daily living skills using ABA principles.
- Collect and record accurate session data and monitor child progress.
- Assist in conducting behavioral assessments and observations.
- Implement behavior management strategies to reduce challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Special Educators, and Psychologists.
- Train and support parents in implementing behavior strategies at home.
- Maintain detailed therapy notes, progress reports, and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities.
- Ensure ethical, child-centered, and evidence-based therapy practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
