Role & Responsibilities
- Monitoring the given check points as per given QC check sheet.
- Conduct regular line inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and control quality parameters as per specified standards and specifications.
- Identify, document, and control non-conformities at every stage of the production process.
- Basic knowledge of 7 QC tools.
- Identifying and controlling the non-conformance at every stage.
- Review and troubleshoot SPC (Statistical Process Control) data and take necessary corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Provide inputs and suggestions for continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Inspection / Quality Control.
- Qualification: BE (EEE, ECE) or Diploma (EEE, ECE) with relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS); knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferred.
- Good observation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Basic knowledge of 7 QC Tools and SPC will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
