Job Summary
Fluent Fast Academy is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor (Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for counselling students, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions while delivering an excellent student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding our language courses and training programs.
- Understand students' learning requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions by providing accurate course information.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain complete and updated lead records in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
- Explain course curriculum, fee structure, batch timings, certifications, and the learning process.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-up reports, and admission reports.
- Follow company sales processes and maintain high ethical standards.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, or Tele Sales.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
