Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and technology-savvy professional to support our export business operations. The role involves product costing, product development coordination, buyer communication, export sales support, and effective use of AI tools to improve productivity and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare product costing sheets and pricing analysis.
- Calculate FOB, CIF, and landed costs.
- Coordinate product development, samples, approvals, and documentation.
- Prepare customer presentations, catalogs, and sales decks.
- Coordinate buyer meetings and importer visits.
- Maintain customer databases and CRM records.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support quotation preparation and export sales activities.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, and Gamma for research, presentations, reports, and documentation.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong analytical and commercial understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with international customers or suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Export, International Business, Product Development, or Commercial Operations.
- Knowledge of FOB, CIF, freight, and export documentation.
- Familiarity with AI tools and business automation.
Education
- BBA/MBA / B.com/M.com
- International Business
- Engineering Graduates with strong commercial aptitude
Experience
- 4–8 years preferred
- Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience may also apply
