Skills Required:
- Basic machine handling knowledge
- Ability to work in shift
- Physically fit for shop floor work

For Machine Operator:
- Operate rubber moulding / compression / injection machines
- Load and unload raw rubber materials into machines
- Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time)
- Ensure proper moulding and finishing of rubber components
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Follow production targets and quality standards
For Helper:
- Assist machine operators in loading/unloading materials
- Support in rubber cutting, trimming, and finishing work
- Maintain cleanliness in work area
- Handle material movement inside the unit
- Follow supervisor instructions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
