Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or any discipline.
· Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Training or certification in office administration or communication is an added advantage.
· Experience:
· 1–3 years of experience in reception, front desk, or office administration.
· Experience in handling calls, visitors, and client coordination.
· Familiarity with basic accounting entries, record keeping, and office documentation preferred.
Key Skills:
· Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred).
· Strong telephone etiquette and ability to manage multiple calls.
· Good organizational and multitasking skills.
· Ability to handle visitor management, scheduling, and office correspondence.
· Professional appearance and customer‑friendly attitude.
· Basic knowledge of email handling, calendar scheduling, and office software.
Soft Skills:
· Polite, approachable, and confident personality.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Team player with willingness to support sales, accounts, and project teams when needed.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
