We are looking for energetic and ambitious Sales Engineers to drive business growth across Oil & Gas, Specialty Chemicals, Pharma, and Food Processing Industries.
This role goes beyond traditional selling, you will become a trusted advisor to customers, helping them solve critical operational challenges through innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with plant teams, procurement departments, and key decision-makers.
Identify customer challenges, operational bottlenecks, and new business opportunities.
Drive account penetration and maximize revenue growth within existing and new customers.
Collaborate with application engineering teams to create customized value-driven solutions.
Position the company as a strategic partner rather than just a supplier.
Sales Ownership & Deal Closure
Understand customer buying processes and decision-making structures.
Engage influencers, users, and senior stakeholders to generate demand.
Handle techno-commercial discussions, proposals, negotiations, and order closures.
Drive opportunities from lead generation to successful execution.
Customer Success & Relationship Management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Resolve customer concerns related to delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical training sessions.
Ensure timely payment collections and long-term customer satisfaction.
Strategic Account Management
Prepare account growth plans and revenue forecasts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Provide market intelligence and actionable insights to management.

Qualifications & Experience
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
3–6 years of experience in Industrial Sales / Technical Sales.
Experience in Pumps, Compressors, Rotating Equipment, Process Equipment, Valves, or Industrial Automation solutions preferred.
Exposure to MRO Sales and Key Account Management is highly desirable.
Existing network in Oil & Gas, Specialty Chemicals, Pharma, Food Processing, Refinery, or EPC industries will be an added advantage.

Mumbai – Frequent customer visits across assigned territory.
