1. LEGAL ASSOCIATE – NON-LITIGATION
No. of Positions: 2
We are looking for detail-oriented Legal Associates to support our Banking & Finance practice in drafting, due diligence and documentation assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Draft demand notices, loan recall notices, legal replies and other legal documents
b) Review and analyse documents, mortgage deeds and title documents
c) Conduct legal due diligence and prepare reports
d) Assist in documentation review and legal research
e) Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
· LL.B. from a recognised university
· 0.5–2 years of experience
· Strong English drafting and communication skills
· Good legal reasoning and attention to detail
· Familiarity with the SARFAESI Act, RBI guidelines and Banking & Finance laws is desirable
· Ability to handle volume-based assignments within timelines
Job Location:
Sector 2, Noida (Walking distance from Noida Sector 15 Metro Station)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
