Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, high-volume recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have experience in facility management, security services, staffing, or manpower outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
- Employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll support, and exit formalities
- Employee engagement, induction, and training
- Performance management and KPI tracking
- Labour law compliance (PF, ESIC, POSH, etc.)
- HR reporting, MIS, and employee relations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in Facility Management, Security, Staffing, or Manpower Outsourcing
Skills
- Strong recruitment and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving
- Advanced MS Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS, and recruitment portals

Pay: ₹15,521.28 - ₹54,543.67 per month
