About the Role:
We are looking for Business Development Officer to promote and sell our ecolo-store products through resellers channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit local gift shops, retailers, and stores
- Introduce and connect with event managers
- Generate leads and onboard new retail partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Track daily visits, leads, and conversions
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Any graduate can apply
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field sales and daily travel
- Willing to work in an outdoor, target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Self-motivated and proactive
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in field sales / retail sales, or business development.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi.
- Working knowledge of Gujarati preferred; candidates with Gujarati proficiency will have an added advantage.
