We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our jewellery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gold, diamond, or luxury retail sales and be responsible for achieving sales targets. Typical responsibilities in similar roles include customer engagement, product education, achieving sales targets, inventory support, and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance in selecting gold, diamond, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
- Explain product features, gold purity, diamond quality (4Cs), certifications, pricing, and jewellery care.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery, accessories, and value-added services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and after-sales service professionally.
- Process billing and high-value transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and display standards.
- Support inventory management, stock audits, and replenishment.
- Stay updated with jewellery trends, new collections, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
