Job Title: Office Accountant / MIS Executive – Road ConstructionJob Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Office Accountant / MIS Executive to manage all office records and maintain accurate documentation for multiple road construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for collecting daily reports from all sites, updating records, maintaining Excel sheets, and ensuring that all project-related information is available whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and compile daily reports from all construction sites.
- Maintain and update daily Excel sheets with complete project data.
- Record and verify material consumption, stock movement, and material reports.
- Maintain labour attendance records and workforce data for all sites.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry of all site-related information.
- Maintain complete records of project expenses, bills, and documentation.
- Track vehicle maintenance schedules, servicing records, fuel logs, and repairs.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical files for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to obtain accurate information.
- Generate reports and provide any required records immediately upon management request.
- Ensure all documentation is properly maintained, verified, and updated on time.
- Assist management in administrative and accounting tasks related to construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and basic accounting principles.
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Our Expectations
The candidate must ensure that all office records, site reports, labour data, material reports, vehicle maintenance records, and project documentation are updated accurately and available at all times. The role requires complete responsibility, discipline, and commitment to maintaining organized and reliable records for the company.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
