Job Title: Business Development Manager – B2B Sales (Premium Wardrobes & Kitchens)

Role Summary
Drive B2B revenue by building relationships with interior designers, architects, and builders/developers for residential projects, generating referrals, bulk orders, and direct sales of premium wardrobes and kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and onboard interior designers, architects, and builders/developers as channel partners across Hyderabad
* Pitch premium wardrobe/kitchen products via presentations, catalogues, and site/showroom visits
* Engage builders on upcoming residential projects (apartments, villas) for bulk supply deals
* Maintain partner database (CRM) with regular follow-ups
* Negotiate referral commissions with designers/architects and bulk pricing/rate contracts with builders
* Coordinate with design and project teams to close orders and manage delivery timelines
* Attend industry events and networking meets to grow the partner pipeline
* Report on pipeline and revenue, segmented by designer-led vs. builder-led business
Candidate Requirements
* 3–8 years of B2B sales/BD experience in modular furniture, interiors, real estate, or construction supply
* Existing network of interior designers/architects and/or builders in Hyderabad is a strong plus
* Comfortable with client meetings, site visits, and presentations
* Strong negotiation skills — both relationship-based and bulk project deals
* Languages: Fluent in Hindi, Telugu, and English (mandatory)
* Own vehicle/willingness to travel across Hyderabad
* Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus, not mandatory
Nice-to-Have
* Prior experience in kitchen/wardrobe/modular furniture brands
* Experience selling to real estate developers
* Knowledge of material specs (laminates, veneers, hardware, finishes)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
