We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand our customer base and promote our innovative software products.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by meeting potential clients and conducting field visits.
- Promote and sell the company's software products and IT solutions to hotels, resorts, businesses, and enterprises.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads generated by the marketing and telecalling teams.
- Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the management.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in software, IT solutions, ERP, SaaS, or technology product sales. Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
- Good understanding of software products and the IT industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
- Valid 2-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- 4-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
