Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. The Application Lead plays a crucial role in guiding the team through challenges, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired standards and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
- Continuously evaluate project progress and implement improvements to optimize team performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices related to integration platforms.
- Experience in managing and configuring cloud-based integration solutions to support business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with API management, data transformation, and workflow automation within cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
