About the Role
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands consultative sales, and is passionate about helping students build successful careers in technology. At Techolas Technologies, you will play an important role in guiding prospective students toward the right career programs while contributing to the company’s growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Connect with prospective students through 80–100 quality outbound calls daily
Understand student career goals and recommend the right tech programs
Convert leads into enrollments using consultative and high-ticket sales strategies
Build trust, handle objections confidently, and close deals effectively
Maintain and nurture a strong pipeline of hot and warm leads
Regularly update CRM tools with lead status and follow-up details
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to boost admissions growth
Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets Who We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in EdTech sales, B2C sales, or high-ticket sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills Fluent Malayalam communication with basic English proficiency
Target-oriented mindset with good relationship-building abilities
Confidence in handling objections and closing sales
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
