About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Alliances & Partnerships, with a strong background in Business Development and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of proven experience in building strategic partnerships, selling brand visibility, and driving revenue through innovative collaboration. Experience in Media Sales is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances with consumer brands.
- Develop partnership models that maximize brand visibility, impressions, and engagement through company assets.
- Drive sponsorships, collaborations, and co-branded initiatives.
- Leverage media sales expertise to pitch and close deals with leading brands.
- Create high-impact partnership proposals, sales decks, and ROI-driven presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across industries.
- Monitor partnership performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay ahead of trends in marketing, sponsorships, and media innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of proven experience in alliances, partnerships, sponsorships, or media sales.
- Prior experience in Media Sales or Sports Marketing is a significant plus.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of pitching and closing high-value partnership deals.
- Strong existing network within brands, media agencies, and the marketing ecosystem.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving visibility and measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience in brand activations and B2B sales.
- Solid understanding of media planning, media buying, and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset to measure ROI and partnership impact.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
