Key Responsibilities1. Downstream Client Sales & Business Development
- Drive B2B sales of green hydrogen solutions across industries such as mobility, refining, chemicals, and manufacturing
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify new market opportunities and expand client base
- Build customized commercial proposals aligned with client requirements
2. Channel & Network Development
- Establish and expand dealer/distributor networks and strategic partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to drive revenue growth
- Strengthen presence in key industrial clusters and emerging hydrogen hubs
3. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for downstream hydrogen applications
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategies
- Drive regional and segment-wise expansion plans
4. Key Account Management
- Manage strategic accounts and build long-term client relationships
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Act as the primary commercial interface for key clients
5. Sales Operations & Execution
- Oversee contract negotiation, order finalization, and delivery coordination
- Align closely with engineering and commissioning teams for project execution
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline tracking
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with technical, project, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Translate market needs into product and solution enhancements
- Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational capabilities
7. Compliance & Industry Alignment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms in gas distribution and hydrogen deployment
- Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and technology advancements
