We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
✔ Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
✔ Maintain customer records and sales databases.
✔ Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
✔ Generate sales reports and maintain accurate records.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams such as accounts, operations, and logistics.
✔ Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
✅ 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support.
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
