You will be part of the Insights & Reporting team, focused on end-to-end survey design and execution using Qualtrics. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand research objectives, design surveys aligned to business needs, and ensure seamless execution of data collection. Your role will involve questionnaire design, survey setup, testing, deployment, monitoring, and reporting. You will ensure high data accuracy and quality, while translating business questions into structured survey frameworks and actionable insights.
What are we looking for? • 5 - 8 years of experience in related field • Bachelor’s / Master’s in relevant field (Analytics / Marketing / Stats etc.) • Advanced knowledge of Qualtrics and survey design • Strong attention to detail (survey logic, testing, data accuracy) • Strong analytical skills to interpret survey data • Ability to translate business questions into survey design • Stakeholder coordination and management skills • Ability to manage end-to-end survey execution • Experience working with CRM systems and integrations • Familiarity with dashboarding and survey performance monitoring • Exposure to research execution and survey delivery in global environments • Excel, PowerPoint, Qualtrics, CRM • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Roles and Responsibilities: • Analyze research objectives and gather inputs from stakeholders • Design questionnaires aligned with research requirements • Set up surveys in Qualtrics, including logic, flow, and configuration • Conduct testing to ensure survey accuracy and proper functioning • Manage survey launch, distribution, and provide ongoing support • Monitor survey performance using dashboards • Analyze survey results and prepare reports for stakeholders • Ensure high-quality data collection and accuracy throughout the survey lifecycle • Coordinate with stakeholders including CRM teams for smooth execution
