Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute professional video shoots for multiple client brands.
- Shoot reels, advertisements, product videos, food videos, property walkthroughs, interviews, testimonials, and brand films.
- Understand scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and creative references before every shoot.
- Handle cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, stabilizers, microphones, and other production tools.
- Create visually strong compositions using proper framing, lighting, movement, and camera angles.
- Coordinate with content strategists, designers, editors, models, clients, and the internal creative team.
- Maintain consistency with each brand’s visual identity and communication style.
- Organise and safely transfer footage after every shoot.
- Review footage with the video editing team and provide creative inputs during post production.
- Stay updated with current cinematography styles, reel trends, transitions, visual storytelling techniques, and social media formats.
- Ensure all shoots are completed within the agreed timeline and quality standards.
- Maintain cameras, lighting equipment, and other production assets properly.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of camera operations, exposure, frame rates, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, and focus.
- Good understanding of lighting setups for indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Experience using gimbals, tripods, sliders, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Strong visual storytelling, framing, and composition skills.
- Ability to shoot content in vertical, square, and landscape formats.
- Basic understanding of video editing, colour grading, sound, and post production workflows.
- Ability to work across different industries and adapt to different brand styles.
- Strong time management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
- Willingness to travel locally for client shoots.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
